The fastest way to reach the person behind Morse Code Live is email:

support@morsecodelive.com

Messages are read by one person. This is a small site, so mail does not disappear into a support queue, and replies usually go out within a few days. There is no phone line or live chat.

What to write about

These messages are the most useful ones:

  • Corrections. A chart entry, pronunciation, translation, or lesson detail that looks wrong. Include the page and the exact word or character.
  • Bug reports. A button that does nothing, a sound that will not stop, a layout that breaks on your device. Please name the page, your browser, and your device, and describe what you pressed and what happened.
  • Ideas. A tool or drill you wish existed. A line or two about how you would use it helps.
  • Permissions. Wanting to reprint a chart or republish site content. Personal and classroom use of the tools does not need permission. For reprints, the answer is usually yes with a link back, but ask first.
  • Privacy requests. Questions about the privacy policy, or a request to access, correct, or delete your information.

What this inbox cannot do

We cannot translate personal messages, solve puzzles, or do homework for you, but the tools on this site can, and they are free. We also cannot help with problems on other websites or apps.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. You never need to. When you email us, we receive your email address and what you write, and we use it only to reply. See the privacy policy for details.

One request

This inbox is not monitored around the clock, so please never rely on it for anything urgent. For real emergencies, always use your local emergency services.
